SHIPPING

*We will be using alternate couriers during the Canada Post strike.

*We are currently only shipping orders within Canada. Updates will be posted here once we begin to ship to the US once again.

We currently ship to anywhere in Canada via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or other trusted couriers. Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days of placing your order. Orders within Canada should arrive within one week of ship date, unless problems occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 

We will ship Canadian orders for free over $100 + $12 flat rate shipping for domestic orders over $50.

*Shipping times may be delayed by couriers at certain times. Please be aware that we have no control over this matter.

*If a package is undeliverable, and returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return charges. Please ensure your shipping address is correct on your order. If you need to make a correction before your order ships, please email us at info@pickitfence.ca along with your order number.

RETURNS

IN-STORE PURCHASES: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (with original tags & packaging). Seasonal and sale merchandise is final sale. Purchases made in-store are subject to store credit or exchange only.

ONLINE ORDERS: Returns must be made within 14 days of date of delivery (with original tags & packaging). Discounted merchandise (flash sales, storewide discounts) are subject to store credit only, unless specified otherwise. Seasonal and clearance sale merchandise is FINAL SALE - no returns. Shipping charges can not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to us.

Please notify us through our contact page or email info@pickitfence.ca before sending back items for refund. Please include your order #. (Please do not reply to order confirmation emails, we don't always receive the replies). Once approved, the item(s) can be shipped to:

We understand things do happen, and packages may be damaged or missing. Please send an email through our contact page for any discrepancies. Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.

*Important: Any packages determined as 'lost' by Canada Post are only subject to a refund up to $100 (including shipping costs). Please check your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
